Our functional strength training classes consist of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), combined with functional strength training. We use this combination of exercises  is used to maximize weight loss and enhance your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health.

You will also have acces to delicious meal-prep recipies in video format, and seamless syncing with MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch for efficient calorie tracking. You will recieve a fast food cheat sheet with calorie friendly and  protein rich food options options  that can be used if you have days where cooking is overwhelming. Additionally we will send you a link to a cart full of food itmes and ingredients that you can pick up to make quick recipes that fits your nutrition plan.
