Training for the Long Haul with Gymedix
Longevity training at Gymedix builds the strength, mobility, and resilience your body needs to stay capable, pain-free, and active for decades.
Longevity Training
Longevity training is strength and mobility work designed with one central question in mind: what does my body need to function well at 60, 70, and beyond?
It's different from traditional fitness in a few important ways. It prioritizes joint health and mobility alongside muscle growth. It tracks mobility and movement quality as closely as it tracks strength numbers. It loads the body progressively and intelligently. We do not chase short-term intensity at the cost of long-term function.
The research on what keeps people healthy and capable as they age is increasingly clear: muscle mass, grip strength, single-leg balance, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility are the markers that matter. These are exactly what we train and track at Gymedix.

What longevity training includes at Gymedix
Strength and hypertrophy training
We build real, functional muscle. The kind that protects your joints, supports your metabolism, and makes everyday life easier. Coach Nima programs progressive resistance training that builds strength safely and sustainably.
Mobility and joint health
Every session includes structured mobility work. Coach Dani's background in muscular rehabilitation means your movement quality gets the same attention as your strength numbers. We address hip rotation, ankle mobility, thoracic mobility, and shoulder health. Because restrictions that are left unaddressed, compound into pain, limitations and injury over time.
Monthly assessments tracking the markers that matter
Single-leg balance. Movement quality. Body composition. Strength benchmarks. We test these every month so you can see exactly how your body is changing so we can adjust your program accordingly.
Nutrition support
Through our coaching app, we help you eat in a way that supports muscle retention, energy, and long-term health.
