Finished Physical Therapy?
Here's Your Structured Next Step.
Gymedix works alongside your PT's recommendations to help you build lasting strength, restore full mobility, and make sure the progress you fought for keeps going.
Finishing physical therapy is a real milestone. Your PT got you to a place where you're safe to move forward and now the question becomes:
How do I make sure that the progress I made carries forward, builds on itself, and translates into a body that stays strong for the long term.
That's exactly what we're here for.
What post-PT training looks like at Gymedix
We start with a full movement and mobility assessment. This is similar to the clinical screening protocols that informed your PT treatment, but with a more global approach. We look at how you're moving now, where your strength and mobility gaps remain, and what your body needs to keep progressing safely.
From there, we build a program specifically around your findings. Not a generic gym program. Not a template from the internet. A plan that starts where you are right now and updates with you as you improve.
Sessions are small. We have a max of 5 clients per session. This ensures you get the attention you need to progress.
